Ranges

The Chambersburg Rod and Gun Club maintains a number of outdoor shooting ranges for use by members:

• 50, 100 and 200-yard range with covered shooting positions.
• 100-yard range with open shooting positions.
• 7, 10, 15, 25 and 50-yard pistol range with covered shooting positions.  Rifles may also be used on the pistol range, provided that such use conforms strictly to all safe gun handling and shooting rules.
• Slug guns and muzzleloaders are permitted on all rifle and pistol ranges.
• Shotguns with pellets are not permitted on the rifle or pistol ranges.

The Club also maintains a 50-foot indoor range for use with .22 cal. handguns and rifles, and with all .177, .20 and .22 cal. airguns.
